Furcis Brick Oven Pizzeria & Trattoria was established in 2008 As with our pizza, and all our cuisine we strive to source and utilize the finest imported ingredients and quality domestic produce, meat and seafood for our menu. We believe that the better the quality of the raw ingredients, the finer the end result on the plate will be.  We also think that the best ingredients require less intervention and handling to create a delicious and simple dish.
